At Ring Cradle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something goes wrong with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read the following policy to understand when and how you can request a refund or replacement.


1. When You're Eligible for a Refund

We offer a full refund in the following situations:

Wrong Item Received If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, we will issue a full refund or send the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Damaged or Broken Item If your item arrives broken or defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement. We may ask you to provide a photo of the damaged item to help us resolve your case quickly.

Non-Delivery Within 30 Days If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of your purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund. Please note that this applies to orders with no confirmed delivery. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


2. What We Do Not Refund

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or variant
  • You changed your mind after placing your order
  • The item was delivered on time and matches your order description
  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  • Delays due to customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us at help@ringcradle.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your refund request
  • A photo of the item (required for damaged or incorrect item claims)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.


4. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.


5. Replacements

In some cases, we may offer to send a replacement item instead of issuing a refund. If you would prefer a replacement over a refund, please let us know in your request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
